Feminine Flow Movement Class

A movement class is for women who are interested in adding embodied movement to their fitness/wellness routines. This class is perfect for those who have not danced before, who may enjoy yoga, pilates or barre and are interested in exploring feminine movement.

This class includes mindfulness, grounding breathwork, yoga, and feminine movement exercises and small routines inspired from heels dance. We will learn to extend and move our bodies to express our femininity, using sensual and flowy moves to feel good in our bodies, get fit, and dance. Focused more on fitness and wellness, this is not a choreography focused class, more of an exploration of movement beyond a regular group fitness class.
